Travels on Tuesday

Darlings - I understand you have been anxiously wondering about my whereabouts over the last few days. Worry no more!

You see, I have been away to Windsor to visit family.

Whilst wandering this medieval town, I stumbled upon Eton College, the school my cousins Princes William and Harry attended.

I also found this marvelous crooked house.

Eventually, I arrived at wonderful Windsor Castle where the commoners came out to greet me! I do so appreciate the efforts of the poor.

Here I am, on top of the Round Tower in which the Queen lives. She even hoisted the flag for my arrival. Well, it was the least she could do.

So you see, I have been frightfully busy! I am sure you understand - all of this travelling has left me exhausted.

I do hope you, my loyal subjects, are keeping well.

Ta ta for now

I purrfectly understand why you have neglected your blogging. It must be hard for a Royal, always having to attend to Royal Duties.

Was the Queen well? Did you scratch Prince Phillip? Did any of those pesky Corgi's attack you?

I do hope the Queen's chef fed you well!

Thank you for your sympathy, Yao-Lin. I know you understand what it is like to suffer. I am glad you are enjoying a well-deserved vacation with your peers.

P.S. I hope you don't run into any of those corgis. I hear they're even louder than Coco. Ugh.

Did you sit on the thrown in your bestest clothes and get the queen to give you special gourmet cat food?

Very interesting tale of your travels, Yao. So did you look at the Queen?

I thought the flag was only flown when The Queen was on her way there (or something like that). But then I'm an American cat...what do I know about royal things. Of course, I will defer to your superior knowledge on this subject.

Nice of the old girl to take time out of her busy day to see you. Did you take tea with her?

my goodness you have been busy. i'm so glad you got to visit with the Queen and she treated you appropriately! Keep that royal flag flying.
I'm very glad that you posted photos of your regal self. This will tide me over for a couple days.

pet quality??? PET quality??? this can ot be true, someone has downplayed your importance Yao-LIn. There is no such thing as a 'only pet quality' Meezer!!!

Anyway, I have never heard of such a thing, surely if you are a Meezer then you have a pedigree? We are just pets, never show cats, does this mean we are pet quality? (Meowmie has no idea about pedigrees and what they mean, that's probably why she 'lost' our papers...anyway, she just wanted Meezers when she chose us, not show cats or breeding cats).

If yu don;t have a Pedigree name we ned to make one up for you. I think you should run a competition...without giving away that you are just pet quality obviously.

I think I will take inspiration from my Great Great Great Grandad Penthouse Dom Perignon....and suggest your pedigree name to be Palace Piper Hiedisick or Lofty Lanson Black Label!!! :)

Yao-Lin, you are quite the traveler ... those are some impressive places you've visited! We haven't even been to visit the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, and that is really close to home! We hope you get well rested after your adventures.
