I was tagged by Junior! Thanks Junior!
I was at a loose end as to what I should post today, given my (completely out of character) display of affection yesterday. Mwa ha ha - time to revert to my spoilt brattish self! Mwa ha ha !
Five Reasons Why I Blog:
1. To impart my royal beauty and wisdom on the world. Of course!
2. To show the world how handsome I am, especially in clothes!
3. Honestly, I am completely bowled over by the friendly cat bloggers on here. I have made friends - real friends - not just cats who hang on to my coat tails because they adore me. Quality!
4. It is a good tool to show the world how superior I am over humans and, of course, over my baby brother Mao.
5. My ultimate goal is world domination. I am secretly recruiting an army of cats.
Our day will come, my friends. Our day will come.
Now, the five I choose to tag are: Jeter Harris, Evil White Cat, Mr hendrix, Tara and Skeezix!.

Two Meezers Too Many Tuesday
Yesterday, I had just settled down in front of the computer to watch a fantastic video of some gorgeous cats play fighting....
When lo and behold Baby Mao decided to butt in - AS USUAL!
You can see from the look on my face, I wasn't very impressed. Mao really believed he could actually join in on the play fighting video! How stupid is my brother, really???
To watch the video, go to Grace's blog:

Meezer Monday
Ah, another Monday, another fabulous photo of yours truly. I like to sleep in the male slave's wardrobe - I enjoy covering his clothes with my fur. In this picture, I had just clawed my way through the clothes hangers, rolled around on his work shirts and quite possibly farted on his jumpers . Mwa ha ha.
Needless to say, he becomes agitated by this which I interpret as a successful venture. Got to keep the humans in line, am I right or am I right?

Baseball Sunday
Here are some pictures of Baby Mao in his new Baseball shirt. He thinks he looks like a Baseball Superstar. I have tried to explain to him that in England, we don't celebrate Baseball as a national past-time and that in actual fact he looks rather silly. Will he listen to me? NO! He insisted I include these pictures on my blog so I have duly obliged. Only because I can't find any fabulous pictures of me to include.

Friday Spelling and Grammar Test
Surfing the internet, looking for interesting things to include on my blog, I came across this little Grammar test. Cleverly entitled ' Does your English Cut the Mustard?', I thought it would be interesting to see which cats out there have the bestest of Grammar skills. Whilst I was a little dissapointed with my score, I can be forgiven due to my very stressful day on Thursday. I am still not over the incident with the carrier bag, nor have I forgiven my slaves for the misdemeanour. Enjoy this test and please let me know how you did, so that I can gloat at my superior Siamese Grammar. Or not!

Crazy Thursday
Today started out much like any other - eating, sleeping, playing (fighting) with Mao.
When the slave returned from hunting, I was my usual nonchalant self. She had some shopping, which she duly unpacked and set about cooking my dinner.
Mao decided to explore inside one of the bags. Then... all hell let loose! He got the bag stuck on his neck and went absolutely crazy - tearing around the flat wearing his new plastic cape. The human tried to stop him but he was far too stressed - a white blur, blitzing around and climbing the walls.
I was very distressed because Mao was so frantic - when he eventually stopped tearing around, the human found him inside the wardrobe with the bag still stuck to him. She carefully removed it and Mao and I hid inside the wardrobe until just a few moments ago.
I am not ashamed to admit I was terrified - I thought there must have been a huge predator or a terrible threat. It is only now that Mao and I have calmed down that I have ventured out of the wardrobe - for three hours I have been sat shivering alongside stinky Mao. Three hours! How did I cope, I hear you ask? Simple - I closed my eyes and imagined I was in a royal palace in Siam.
I am sure the humans will be more careful when unpacking their shopping in future. It was all their fault, stupid humans!

Navy Wednesday
Here I am, yet again looking rather dapper but this time in my brand new Navy outfit. Apparently the slave would rather spend her hard earned cash on outfits for me to model than bother with such things as mortgages and bills. I don't mind - I love to model clothes! Ships Ahoy!

Lies! All Lies!
I am not happy. I awoke this morning to find THIS in the bathroom:
Excuse me whilst I convey my contempt with the use of capital letters. *ahem*
IT IS A BIG JOKE AND NOT EVEN THAT FUNNY. HUMAN SLAVE, IF YOU ARE READING THIS, I AM ONE VERY UNHAPPY MEEZER RIGHT NOW. I AM NOT LAUGHING AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR SENTIMENT. I HATE MY BABY BROTHER AND YOU KNOW THIS. WHY WOULD YOU PLAY SUCH A TRICK?
There, I feel better after getting that off my chest. This is animal cruelty in its most extreme sense. Can I please be adopted?

Happy St Patrick's Day
Create cool Profile Comments
Happy St Patrick's Day everyone. I don't usually involve myself in these festivities - I am from SIAM NOT BLOODY IRELAND!!! The human slave, however, is half Irish and thinks it necessary to honour their Patron Saint. Stupid, inane humans. When will they learn that there is no point honouring anyone other than me?

Big Cat News: - New Breed of Leopard discovered!
I am sure every cat blogger will agree, this is very important and interesting news. A whole new breed of leopard! Cats of all sizes are cleverer than humans and these beautiful specimens are no different - imagine living all of this time without anyone realising they were completely different from the other inhabitants.
Maybe they would consider adopting Mao? He should be on an island in the middle of nowhere, like them!
Clouded leopards found on Sumatra and Borneo represent a new species, research by genetic scientists and the conservation group WWF indicates.
Until now it had been thought they belonged to the species that is found on mainland southeast Asia.
Scientists now believe the two species diverged more than one million years ago, and have evolved separately since.
Clouded leopards are the biggest predators on Borneo, and can grow as large as small panthers.
It's incredible that no-one has ever noticed these differences
The separation of the species was discovered by scientists at the US National Cancer Institute near Washington DC.
"Genetic research results clearly indicate that the clouded leopards of Borneo should be considered a separate species," said Dr Stephen O'Brien, head of the Institute's Laboratory of Genomic Diversity.
"DNA tests highlighted around 40 differences between the two species."
Tell tails
Supporting evidence came from examination of fur patterns. Leopards from Borneo and Sumatra have small "clouds" with many distinct spots within them, grey and dark fur, and twin stripes along their backs.
On the prowl
Their mainland cousins have large cloud markings on their skin with fewer, often faint, spots within the cloud markings, and are lighter and more tawny in colour.
"The moment we started comparing the skins of the mainland clouded leopard and the leopard found on Borneo, it was clear we were comparing two different species," said Dr Andrew Kitchener from the National Museums of Scotland.
"It's incredible that no-one has ever noticed these differences."
WWF, which maintains a large conservation operation on Borneo, estimates there are between 5,000 and 11,000 clouded leopards on the island, with a further 3,000 to 7,000 on Sumatra.
"The fact that Borneo's top predator is now considered a separate species further emphasises the importance of conserving the 'Heart of Borneo'," said WWF's Stuart Chapman, co-ordinator of a project seeking to preserve the island's wildlife.
The three governments with territory on the island - Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei - signed an agreement earlier this year pledging to protect the "Heart of Borneo", 200,000 square kilometres of rainforest in the middle of the island thought to be particularly high in biodiversity.

Thank you!
I would just like to say a big thank you to each and every cat that wished me a very Happy Birthday! I am touched!
I must recompose myself and revert back to my usual arrogant demeanour. You are blessed to be acquainted with me. Yes, you are indeed, each and every one of you!
Right, let's talk about me again. What can I say? I am a year older and wiser. This past year has had its fair share of ups and downs - mainly downs, what with the onslaught of baby Mao. Shall I show you why I hate him so much?
There I was, minding my own business, when Mao decided it would be prudent to accost me by giving me the ' birthday jump'. One was not amused. Not amused at all. Do you see his green eyes? I am sure he is descended from another planet. Planet stink, probably. Please sympathise with me, this picture is proof enough of the daily trials I have to endure.

Lamb Chop Sunday
For those of you who recall my rules on training your human slaves (a few posts down), this picture is evidence that my techniques really do work. I was ravenously hungry (as usual) and several meaty lamb chops were in a bowl defrosting on the kitchen surface. Too hungry to wait, I simply grabbed the biggest and juiciest chop and proceeded to devour it in front my slaves. The end result? Much scurrying and cooking on the part of the humans leading to one very full up meezer.
Take note, my friends, and you too will have your meat cooked to order.

I AM neglected!
Check out this cool name analysis I found on Dragonheart's blog. Can I just say that I do believe I am neglected. How dare the humans leave me with nothing but Mao for company, day in, day out. No amount of steak can compensate.

Tummy Tuesday
Ah, would you look at that tummy? This is a picture of me in my younger days, taken when I was roughly six months old. I have a far wider girth these days but I am still as gorgeous as ever. I hope no cats experience any adverse effects from viewing this picture - you know, like passing out, or heart palpitations. I sometimes have that effect on my worshippers.
Bashfully yours on this tummy Tuesday!
