Settled in on Sunday

Here I am, all settled in to the new palace. I am still extremely unimpressed with the neighbours. They are all very common and obviously not used to having royalty living in the vicinity.

Yesterday, I met a fat tabby cat. He sat on the wall and stared at my beauty as I flitted about the garden in my elegant Siamese manner.

Eventually I noticed the fat tabby cat. "Hey, you!" I shouted, "get off my wall, you fat chav".

The tabby continued to sit there, staring, before shouting back " Do you want to come up here and say that?".

I was speechless! The NERVE of these common cats. It would seem I am living in a rough area of town. I will never forgive the humans for moving His Royal Highness to an area with so many commoners. It is simply unforgivable.

Yours, sulking as usual,

HRH Yao-Lin

Yao-Lin, you have a very haughty and royal expression on your face. I would not like to hang around with a chav either (I learned that word from Faz).

I am glad you are getting all settled into your new palace though. Maybe things will get better when your neighbors learn of your royalty.

Naybors can be a thorn in the paw...give them the paw! Maybe yoo shood buddy up with Baby Mao, they are less likely to bug two cats than they are one. Zippy keeps making frends with them!

He looks like a nice ginger kittie. Give him a chance to get to know you and you to know him before you make any judgements.

It sounds like yore going to haff to educate your new neighbors about your royal status. That way they can give you the respect you deserve. A few cuffs about the head should do it.

Great picture of you, Yao-Lin. I'm sorry about that common neighbor not worshipping your Royal Highness.

You do look regal. I tried to tell the humans they must see you when they visit London next month but the Human Male said "No cats!" He said that he wasn't going on vacation to see a Siamese. I tried to explain your regalness but alas he wouldn't. He'd fit right in with your common neighbors.

Oh you have moved Yao-Lin ~ hope you are impressed with the new palace even if you don't like the neighbors - it seems as if the fat tabby was looking for an encounter with your royal highness - the nerve of that commoner to write 'Ginger Woz Ere' all over your garden wall!

You-lin, we are so sorry you are living around chavs, so close in proximity to the lower class. This is really a pity. Perhaps your humans could train a few of the higher level ones and they could have the honor to serve you... just a thought.

stay strong. persevere. maybe a poop on a pillow would let them know how you feel about this horrid change

love your attitude in that photo! we never heard of "chav" before, and we appreciate the new word. our people's last name is "Chavez" - does that mean they are ::gasp:: ...you know...?
