A Meme on Saturday

I was recently tagged by my new friends Felix, Garfield and Jawsy for a fun meme! So without further ado:

Rules: honest
2.tag other people
3. have fun!

What is your name?

HRH Yao-Lin - but then, you already knew that!

If you could change your name what would it be?

Grand Imperial Yao-Lin Siamese Ruler of the Universe.

What is your pet’s name

My human is called THE SLAVE. Because she is.

If you could change your pet’s name what would it be?

I wouldn't change my human slave's name, I would change my human slave. To Gordon Ramsey.

What is your brother or sister’s name?

Baby Mao. *sigh*

If you could change their name what would it be?

It would be changed to ' Baby Mao no longer lives in my house'.

Now tag as many people as letters in your new name for yourself.

I think I will tag:

Kaze, Latte and Chase
Jinx dinkerdoo!

Ta ta for now darlings!

Frootbats on Friday

I have conceded - Baby Mao is once again allowed to sit in my presence.

It has taken a couple of weeks but I have now stopped hissing at him. I did, however, whap him across the face today.

Old habits die hard!

I must also thank each of you for your concern over the tuna mayonnaise fiasco. I didn't eat the onions - the human insists on snatching away my nightly treats as soon as she sees them.

I am consistently tortured by my inept slave.

Have a wonderful weekend

Tattle Tail Tuesday

Today, I am tattling on the human slave. If it weren't for her lack of compassion (and money), I would be full from steak and chicken. Sadly, I am fed only cat food and subsist on a diet of biscuits and wet food. Until, that is, I use my resources to scavenge the neighbour's bins:

Saturdays menu: half a tuna-mayo baguette.

And in case you were wondering, I shared with my little brother.

One must look after oneself when the the human slave is lacking in funds. And brains.

Goodbye Storm

I think I speak for every cat when I say this:

That's me, yowling in anguish - my Darling Storm will be going to the Bridge on Friday.

It's too much to bear.

I'm speechless with grief, so I'll steal someone else's words:

Goodbye my lover.
Goodbye my friend.
You have been the one.
You have been the one for me.

I am a dreamer and when I wake,
You can't break my spirit - it's my dreams you take.
And as you move on, remember me,
Remember us and all we used to be
I've seen you cry, I've seen you smile.
I've watched you sleeping for a while.
I'd be the father of your kittens.
I'd spend a lifetime with you.
I know your fears and you know mine.
We've had our doubts but now we're fine,
And I love you, I swear that's true.
I cannot live without you.

Meezer Monday

Today I am obliged to send healing purrs to my brother, Baby Mao. The runt is staying at the vets tonight. It looks like he has some sort of infection and they are keeping him in to run tests.

Never one to dwell, I decided I could utilise this drama by turning it into a photo-op!

This is me looking worried:

And this is me looking distraught:

It's NOT my fault that I look devilishly handsome in all poses, is it?

I am sure Baby Mao will be fine but healing purrs will be gratefully received!.

Frootbat Friday

Here I am, being held against my will by the human's niece. She is NOT my cousin! My cousins reside in Windsor most of the year were educated at Eton.

This spectacle occurred because the human slave believed she could take beautiful photos of her niece holding me. Big mistake, human!I wriggled so much she could hardly take one! Ha!

Anyway, I trust you will all have a wonderful weekend - thank GOD I do not have any more visitors. Wait..that was a knock at the door....oh no.....

To be continued......

A Date with Storm

Today, Storm's dutiful human slave ran the Race for Life.

This is highly commendable as it enabled me to whisk dearest Storm away for the day on a dazzling date!

Firstly, we visited Verona..

Next, we visited Venice and went for a gondola ride!

We finished at the Rialto Bridge where I whispered sweet nothings to/about myself.

Storm - you are a fantastic date! A meezer after my own heart - we spent the entire time yowling about ourselves! It was wonderful!
