A Little Prince

Here is a picture of me as the tiniest of royal princes. Even though I was so deliciously small, I could still understand the importance of the contents of the fish tank. The humans spent a lot of time taking pictures of me when I was a kitten. They still do, I assume because I have been blessed with natural good looks that get better with age and am therefore exceptionally photogenic. Just a hunch, mind you!

Yao-lin, do you still have the fishies? We only have one in a little bitty bowl, but he's still fun to watch!

You are very photogenic, even at a young age. I suspect you are destined for greatness!

Wow! We should have included Mao on in on the mosaic! That would have made it even better! Sorry we didn't think of it sooner :(

Hi Yao-lin, wanted to comment on your comment on my post.

We do need to be careful what we eat. We can't just eat muscle meat. When out in the wild, we ate bone, liver, heart, brains, skin, eyeballs... (I know, I know, it sounds pretty gross) when we ate our entire prey. That is how we got the nutrients and vitamins we need. So, to make food, you need to add some of this stuff back in. The recipe at Artsy Catsy does this, and does Cat Nutrition.org. But it is a lot of work. So, I guess if you get high quality dry food (to make sure you get all those nutrients and vitamins), then you could get away with yummy steak and chicken meat.

It is quite a quandry...
