Frootbat Friday

To my adoring fans: Thank you so much for the outpouring of sympathy yesterday. My life is hard - no - tragic! - but one simply must carry on despite these horrors.

Please, by way of my sincere appreciation, enjoy these photographs. I can only apologise that Baby Mao edged his way into the second picture - he has a habit of encroaching on my royal space on a DAILY basis, as well as you know.

I wish each and every one of you a wonderful weekend. You deserve it for recognising a Royal Martyr among cats. I salute you.

Yours, remaining both bashful and graceful

HRH Yao-Lin xx

Oh dear! You are truly a martyr yesterday, that is terrible how you got treated!

Anyways, I love your pictures. Even the second one is pretty good...sometimes you need a second, smaller cat next to you to show how large and grand and royal you truly are!

Yao Lin, you look simply stunning, of course! I am glad you survived that horrendous day yesterday.

Have a good weekend. Maybe the neighbours will have a good meal this weekend and you can steal something yummy to eat.

Yao-Lin, I can tell you are so very bashful. Thank you for letting us gaze upon your royal image, those are some fabulous photos. Even the one with Baby Mao in it, too!

After yesterday you would think the least that Mao could do was to stay out of your pictures. The pics are great. My sisters are always in the way when mom wants to take a picture of me!

Your pal,
Bounce

You show such strength in times of crisis, YRH. Truely an inspiration to us kitties.

I'm not going to mention the whistle a certian bean let out when she saw your picture.

My mum wants to thank you for the purrs and good thoughts after her Very Bad Day on Wednesday. She has recovered slightly now and her colleagues bought her some chocolates to show their support. The repercussions of The Incident are still going on and one of her class has been expelled from the school and that is a Good Thing.

Given all the circumstances, you are holding up quite well. You do look good against the blue ya know ;)

What a regal perch! I'm glad you are able to rise above the horrors of yesterday.

Landlords can be so unreasonable. My people had to pay $150CDN non-refundable "deposit" for the damages we are expected to cause. Per cat. And this was the only building in town that would take cats. And there's such a housing shortage they evict with just a few days notice for breach of rental agreement.

But unreasonable landlords are no reason for us kitties to suffer!

Come on our for the party and you can relax and be worshipped by our humans to forget your troubles. And Baby Mao can be distracted by the other kittens. You can even move in if you like. My human is partial to House Panthers, but would happily worship a royal meezer too!

Can't wait to see you both! And see what crank e-mails you come up with!

~Jack

I was horrified to read of your treatment Yao-lin. You are very tolerant to forgive your humans and eat their food offerings. A little bit of punishment can go a long way. Nice photos today though. Little one is cute.

You're looking far more regal and dignified today your Royal Highness, even if Baby Mao can't keep at the right distance, it's certainly better than being put in that PTU with him too! ;)

Also, hope you and baby Mao have a great sweet weekend~!

Oh Yao-lin I read about your traumatic adventure of yesterday - I've missed you - you truly are a hero for all kitties :)

Wowie kazowie, you had a rough day the othur day! I'm sendin' great big ol' kittyhugs of sympathy. What a royal prince must endyure! I hope things are bettur today.

Those are great pickshures of you, Yao-lin, and Baby Mao, too! And hehehe about Brainball bein' a boy -- it's kinda funny, Momma had been suspectin' fur a while, so them adjustin' to callin' Brainball a boy has been easier than they might have thought it would be -- it's kinda gettin' to the point where the beans look at Brainball and say HOW could we've EFUR thought he was a GURL?!?!? As you know, though, Beans ain't too bright. We kitties are MUCH smarter!

Kittyhugs and purrs to you, my Royal Friend!

While I agree that your treatment yesterday was totally unacceptable, if the word "Tubby" and "Tara" come out of your mouth in the same sentence again, I may pay Baby Mao to push you off that beautiful royal perch.

Huffily Yours

Yao-lin, we bow before you because of your great beauty. And we thank you for keeping an eye on our blog while it was in the hands of the little student from Her school. Some settings got altered and She has just fixed them.
Also, She has just taken beaut pics of me being the QUEEN of the 'fridge. Tigger came up to be with me, but Trixie's legs are too short so we didn't let her share.

You are so handsome, your Highness, and it is only fitting that in these photos you are looking down on us...your loyal subjects!

You are indeed so humble and bashful, Yao-Lin, that it makes me feel like I'm invisible! ;-)
